John Mccain wants Huckabee to win Texas so he can continue to pretend that he is still fighting while sending thinly veiled attacks at Obama. With the semi-consistent media coverage about the republican race, Mccain get free publicity in exchange for allow Huckabee, who never criticizes Mccain, a way to shape up for 2012/16 elections. If Huckabee wins Texas, Mccain does not need to be the third horse in Obama/Hillary race. Instead, Mccain would have media attention until the democratic race is settled.
